This was my first visit to Christiaan. I have been going to a different salon but wasn't too impressed with the salon atmosphere, although the stylist is not bad. When I arrived, I had to wait for a minute because someone was being helped. But someone checked me in and offered me tea right away. Sacha came down to meet me for my hair cut right on time. She was very professional and friendly. I only had a haircut and style but I left Christiaan feeling very satisfied. Cost was a little bit more (not much) than what I used to pay but it was worth it. This is the longest my hair has been in years and she cut and layered quite a bit. I have thin, wavy hair and she blew it out curly beautifully. She informed me what products she used but didn't pressure to buy products. When asked, she also taught me how to blow it out straight. Thanks Sacha and Christiaan.

I got my japenese (permanent)Straightening at the Christiaan.Sacha is the hair stylist who did it. Please NEVER EVER get the hair straigtening at the salon.After the treatment I washed my hair and it turned back to curls.I called the salon and they said they are not ready to redo my hair and I need to everytime i wash my hair.This is completeley opposed to the meaning of permanent hair straightening.They charged me the premium rate than compared to boston downtown.
